Starting point

How it started with Pushouse

FLAW Wear started with cart reminders, back-in-stock alerts, new-member welcome and birthday messages; first-purchase incentive messages and the on-site Spin-to-Win wheel were added later.

The results on this page belong to the setup as it ran between 22 July and 27 September 2026.

Setup

What was set up

  1. Cart reminders

A customer who left a cart and had opted in to messages got a WhatsApp reminder after a while; the same person was not messaged again at short intervals.

  2. Back-in-stock alerts

A customer waiting for a sold-out product got a WhatsApp alert when it was back in stock.

  3. Other flows

Members who had signed up but not ordered yet got a first-purchase incentive message; new-member welcome and birthday messages also went out, and the Spin-to-Win wheel was on the site. The rates on this page measure cart reminders, back-in-stock alerts and first-purchase incentive messages.

Method and period

How the figures were measured

  • Source: Pushouse message and order records.
  • Delivered message: a message WhatsApp did not report as failed.
  • Period: the measured messages were sent between 22 July and 27 September 2026, and orders were followed until 19 October 2026.
  • Cart reminder rate: of the cart reminders delivered between 22 July and 27 September 2026, the share that turned into an order from the same phone number within 7 days.
  • Pushouse median: the middle value of the same rate, measured the same way between 22 July and 4 October 2026, across Pushouse stores that sent enough reminders to be measured: 8.4%.
  • Back-in-stock rate: of the back-in-stock alerts delivered between 22 July and 27 September 2026, the share that turned into an order from the same phone number within 15 days.
  • First-purchase incentive rate: of the first-purchase incentive messages delivered between 22 July and 27 September 2026, the share that turned into an order from the same phone number within 7 days.
  • Attribution does not mean extra sales: some of these orders might have come without a reminder; the measurement has no comparison (control) group.
  • Results vary with the store's industry, product range, traffic, campaign calendar and settings; the same result is not guaranteed for other stores.
  • The FLAW Wear name and logo are used with the brand's permission.
