Connect your WhatsApp number
Connect your WhatsApp Business number on the app's WhatsApp integration screen through Meta's official setup steps.
Turn on the profile and consent extension
Activate the Pushouse extension in the Shopify customer account editor. Customers give their phone number and WhatsApp consent on their account page.
Choose your plan
Choose a plan for the modules you need and turn them on. Messages are paid separately with prepaid credits.

Where do I install Pushouse?
Pushouse is live on the Shopify App Store. You can add it to your store from the listing and see the plans and prices there.
How are the plan and messages paid for?
Both are paid through Shopify and are separate. The plan covers the modules you turn on and can be monthly or yearly. For messages you add prepaid credits, which are deducted with each message sent.
Who receives the messages?
Only customers who have given WhatsApp consent. Customers give their phone number and consent in the Pushouse section of their Shopify account page and can stop the messages at any time.
Does it work with platforms other than Shopify?
Yes. Pushouse also works with Ticimax, IdeaSoft, ikas and T-Soft. The WhatsApp marketing page explains the setup differences between platforms.
