Start with a photo or simply say it

When a product is hard to describe, a shopper can upload a photo to begin. AI Search uses a description drawn from the image to look for products in your store. Voice search turns spoken words into text and runs the search. These options depend on your plan, and voice search also needs a supported browser.

Make search feel like part of your brand

Choose from six themes and customize colors, product cards and campaign images. Before shoppers type a word, invite them to explore popular searches, categories, featured products, bestsellers or new arrivals.

You also decide which products deserve more attention. Use the dashboard to prioritize bestsellers, new products, items with stronger stock and size availability, or selected categories.

Your search box has something to tell you

What do shoppers search for most? Which searches return no results? Which products are seen but rarely clicked? Search analytics help you answer those questions and follow rising searches, product impressions and clicks.

If people keep searching for a product without finding it, you can review its name, description or synonyms. Once order matching is ready, explore orders associated with search to give your decisions more context.
