Cookie and Similar Technologies Policy
1. Scope
This policy explains the cookies, local storage, tags, pixels, embedded tools and similar technologies that write information to or read information from your device on www.pushouse.com, operated by Pushouse L.L.C-FZ ("Pushouse").
Our Privacy and Data Protection Policy provides further details about who processes personal data, legal bases, retention and international transfers. Relevant local rules are assessed together for users in Türkiye, the European Economic Area and the United Arab Emirates.
2. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. Even where they do not use cookies, local storage, tags, pixels, SDKs and calls to external content may process an IP address, device and browser details, page viewed, referrer, timestamp, preferences or interaction data.
Use categories:
- Transmission, security and core functions you explicitly request
- Site performance and error measurement
- Optional functions such as language, theme, scheduling and engagement tools
- Measurement, personalization and marketing only where permission is given
3. Technology Categories
3.1. Strictly Necessary Technologies
These are security, network and consent-preference records strictly necessary to transmit a communication or provide a website function you explicitly request. This category cannot be used for marketing, profiling or optional analytics, and the reason it cannot be switched off is explained in the preference manager.
3.2. Performance and Analytics
Tools such as Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights produce measurements about page use, errors and performance. Analytics technologies that are not strictly necessary are off by default and may not access your device or send data before analytics permission.
3.3. Functionality and External Content
This group may include local storage for language and theme, Google Fonts, Pushouse wheel and AI commerce widgets, and the Brevo preference form. The Cal.com scheduler loads only when you explicitly request that external function by clicking a demo or scheduling button. The website makes no automatic IP-based geolocation request.
3.4. Marketing and Targeting
Google Tag Manager infrastructure loads after marketing permission. Measurement, advertising or remarketing tags configured in production must also respect their own analytics or marketing consent signal; permission for one category does not constitute permission for another.
4. Technology Inventory
The table below identifies services present in the source code and the activation rule applied to them. A service being present on a page does not mean that it places a cookie on every visit or that all of its features are active.

The live inventory records the technology or identifier name, domain, provider, first/third-party status, category, purpose, data processed, legal basis, activation condition, exact lifetime and recipient country. Cookie names not observed in a production scan are not guessed or listed in this policy.
5. Preference and Permission Management
The first layer presents "Accept All", "Reject All" and "Manage Preferences" with equal visibility and accessibility. Non-essential categories are off by default; pre-ticked boxes, silence, scrolling or continued use of the site do not constitute permission.
You can enable or disable categories individually at any time through the permanent "Cookie Preferences" link. Withdrawing permission is as easy as giving it; withdrawal is applied prospectively and optional tags are stopped.
Browser settings provide an additional control but do not replace category-specific information and permission. Rejecting non-essential technologies does not block basic site access, although an optional external feature you select may not operate.
6. Security, Retention and Transfers
Data obtained through these technologies is processed for limited purposes, proportionately and with risk-appropriate technical and organizational measures. Each provider, data flow and country is matched to the live data and vendor inventory.
- Retention is set separately for each technology and purpose; when the purpose ends, data is deleted, anonymized or restricted solely as a legally required evidence record.
- International access and transfers use the applicable mechanism and supplementary safeguards under GDPR Chapter V, UAE PDPL and, where relevant, Türkiye's KVKK Article 9.
- The browser preference record stores only the current notice version, category choices, and date and time; it is not marketing consent. If the law separately requires server-side evidence, that limited-purpose record must be implemented before the relevant processing is enabled.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable data protection law, you may:
- Request information about the technologies, purposes, providers, retention and recipients.
- Accept or reject categories that are not strictly necessary.
- Withdraw permission at any time as easily as you gave it.
- Where the conditions apply, exercise rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection.
