Customer stories

Customer stories: the flows stores set up, the results we measured

We show what stores using Pushouse set up on WhatsApp and how we measured the results from Pushouse records. Every figure comes with its period and definition. To protect the stores' commercial data we share rates only, never amounts.

Four stores, from fashion to food

Stores from different industries, from women's clothing to organic food and stationery.

Method

How we measure the figures

  • The main rate in every story uses the same definition: of the cart reminders delivered on WhatsApp (not reported as failed by WhatsApp) in the stated period, the share that turned into an order from the same phone number within 7 days.
  • Results vary by store: between 22 July and 4 October 2026, the median of this rate across Pushouse stores that sent enough reminders to be measured was 8.4%.
  • Attribution does not mean extra sales: some attributed orders might have come without a reminder. That is why we say “turned into orders”, not “sales increased”.
