Commercial Electronic Message Preferences and Notice

Scope and Sender

This notice explains the rules that apply when Pushouse L.L.C-FZ ("Pushouse"), headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, sends commercial electronic messages about its own products and services to business customers, prospects and other recipients by email, SMS, telephone, WhatsApp or similar channels.

Campaigns sent by Pushouse customers to their own customers are outside this notice. The relevant Pushouse customer is responsible for identifying a legal basis, obtaining any required permissions, giving notices and honoring opt-outs; Pushouse provides technical services only within its contractual role and documented instructions.

Marketing and Service Messages

Campaigns, discounts, product promotions, events, newsletters, sales development and similar promotional content are commercial messages. Where applicable law requires prior permission, they are sent only on the basis of a valid permission and through the channels you selected.

Operational notices needed to manage an existing relationship—such as account security, authentication, support requests, meeting confirmations, contractual or price changes, invoices, payments, service interruptions and legal notices—are separate from marketing permission. They are limited to necessary content and do not include unrelated promotion.

Optional, Channel-Specific Permission

Marketing permission is voluntary and is not a condition of requesting a demo or support, opening an account or using a purchased service. Email, SMS, telephone and WhatsApp choices are offered separately. Pre-ticked boxes, silence, continued browsing or acceptance of general terms do not constitute permission.

You may select any channel, enable another channel later or switch each channel off independently. Submitting a contact or demo form does not automatically subscribe you to the newsletter; subscription occurs only if you select the separate, optional email permission.

Confirmation and Evidence

Permission given electronically is confirmed to the relevant electronic address on the same day, identifying Pushouse, the selected message types and channels, and an easy opt-out method. The confirmation does not create a new or broader permission.

For evidence and compliance, we securely retain the version of the permission wording shown, date and time, source form or screen, recipient and contact address, selected channels, permission status, confirmation, any IYS transaction information and withdrawal record, only for the necessary retention period.

Sending Standards

Each commercial message clearly identifies Pushouse as the sender and provides accessible contact information and a channel-appropriate opt-out method. Content is accurate, not misleading and consistent with the approved subject matter and channels.

Message frequency is proportionate, and only necessary data is used for targeting and segmentation. Permission does not automatically authorize another company to market in its own name or allow data to be used for undisclosed purposes.

Free and Easy Opt-Out

You can withdraw permission free of charge and without giving a reason by using the unsubscribe link, the reply instruction or same-channel mechanism shown in a message, our preference page, or [email protected]. You will not be required to create an account, pay a fee or negotiate an opt-out.

Receipt of an opt-out request is confirmed electronically without delay. For messages within the scope of Turkish law, marketing stops no later than three business days and the relevant records are updated. An opt-out does not stop service or security notices required for an active account or contract.

Manage newsletter and commercial message preferences

Recipients in Türkiye and IYS

For recipients in Türkiye, Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, and the Message Management System (İYS) apply. Permissions and opt-outs that must be registered are submitted to İYS within statutory periods; the three-business-day period applies to records obtained directly.

Exceptions concerning merchants or tradespeople and existing business relationships are assessed for each message and do not remove the right to opt out. No channel, including WhatsApp, is treated as automatically outside these rules merely because of the technology used.

Personal Data, Service Providers and Requests

We may process your name, role and company, business email, telephone number, selected channels, permission and opt-out status, delivery records and interactions. Processing is limited to sending communications, applying preferences, maintaining security, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations.

Data may be shared with email and messaging providers, CRM, hosting and security vendors, an authorized IYS integrator where needed, and public authorities, subject to applicable data protection and international-transfer rules. See our Privacy and Data Protection Policy for details. Requests: [email protected]; address: Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.
