Pushouse L.L.C-FZ ("Pushouse"), as a global SaaS company headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, has prepared this notice to inform you about electronic commercial message delivery and the processing, storage, and transfer of personal data in compliance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UAE Personal Data Protection Law (UAE PDPL), and relevant international regulations.
Use of Your Data:
Your identity information (first name, last name) and contact details (email address) collected through the Pushouse website, various electronic forms, or direct communication may be used after obtaining your explicit consent for commercial message delivery. This data will be processed solely for the purposes of sending commercial messages through WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels you have approved, conducting customer satisfaction, marketing and analysis activities, organizing advertisements, campaigns and promotions, promoting our products and services, and carrying out communication activities.
Withdrawal of Your Consent:
You may withdraw from receiving commercial electronic messages and revoke your consent at any time. Upon withdrawal of your consent, your explicit consent for receiving commercial messages will be considered cancelled.
Data Transfer:
Your personal data may be shared with Pushouse's global partners, affiliates, and authorized public authorities in accordance with GDPR and international data protection standards for the realization of the stated purposes and support of business processes. Data is transferred under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) signed pursuant to GDPR Article 46.
